For the purposes of section 216(1) of the Fisheries Management Act 1994, the permit holder is authorised to place onto the leases authorised by this permit, Sydney Rock Oyster spat produced by AquaFarms Queensland Pty Ltd, under the provisions specified in the Shellfish Hatchery Protocol – Production and Translocation into NSW of Sydney Rock Oyster (Saccostrea glomerata) spat produced by AquaFarms Queensland Pty Ltd, Queensland (refer to Aquaculture Permit Protocols).

For the purposes of section 216(1) of the Fisheries Management Act 1994, the permit holder is authorised to place onto the leases authorised by this permit, Sydney Rock Oyster spat produced by Victorian Shellfish Hatchery Pty Ltd under the provisions specified in the Shellfish Hatchery Protocol – Production and Translocation into NSW Waters of Sydney Rock Oyster (Saccostrea glomerata) spat produced by Victorian Shellfish Hatchery Pty Ltd. 2A Bellarine Hwy, Queenscliff Vic, 3225 (refer to Aquaculture Permit Protocols).

For the purposes of section 216(1) of the Fisheries Management Act 1994, the permit holder is authorised to place onto the leases authorised by this permit, Sydney Rock Oyster spat that has been imported under the provisions specified in the Shellfish Hatchery and Translocation Protocol Production and Translocation into NSW Waters of Sydney Rock Oyster (Saccostrea glomerata) spat produced by SeaGen Aquaculture Pty Ltd at 10 Beach Crescent, Newhaven, Victoria, 3925 (refer to Aquaculture Permit Protocols).

For the purposes of section 216(1) of the Fisheries Management Act 1994, the permit holder is authorised to place onto the leases authorised by this permit, Sydney Rock Oyster spat produced by Western Australian Shellfish Hatchery Pty Ltd under the provisions specified in the Shellfish Hatchery Protocol - Production and Translocation into NSW of Sydney Rock Oyster (Saccostrea glomerata) spat produced by Western Australian Shellfish Hatchery Pty Ltd, Western Australia (refer to Aquaculture Permit Protocols).
