SROBROOD - SRO Broodstock Movements Interstate Hatcheries
- For the purposes of section 216(1) of the Fisheries Management Act 1994, the permit holder is authorised to place into the waters of Port Stephens, Wallis Lake, Manning River and Camden Haven, selectively bred Sydney Rock Oyster broodstock from approved interstate hatcheries that originated from NSW, under the provisions specified in the Shellfish Hatchery Protocol Supply of NSW oyster broodstock to an interstate hatchery, including return of that broodstock to NSW (refer to www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/fishing/aquaculture/publications/general/aquaculture-permit-protocols).
