Detail what methods will be used to undertake the project and how they will achieve the project objectives.
Milestones
List at least three milestones by activity and dates as per the Eat More NSW Seafood Program 2023 Guidelines (it is optional to include more).
Delivery of Project Results
Identify the end-users of the project results, and provide details of how such results will be delivered, including names of stakeholders or collaborators/project partners to be engaged in the delivery.
Planned Outcomes
Quantify and/or qualify the economic and/or social benefits of the project.
Project Staff
Detail all staff involved in the project, including contact details and qualifications relevant to the project.
Collaborators
List the name of any collaborators in the project, including their role, contact details, and reason for their involvement (ie qualifications relevant to the project).
Related Projects/Activities
List any related projects or activities undertaken by the applicant (past or present) or any undertaken by others involved in the proposed project that link to the proposed project. Specify if such projects or activities have received any funding from the NSW Government or Australian Government.
Budget
Detail the budget following information:
- Staff costs
- Operational costs
- Administrative costs
- Grant funding amount
- Applicant or collaborator in-kind or cash contributions
- Details of financial systems
- Insurance
Details of how the project or related post-project activity will continue after project completion
Business Case
This is only required to be provided by applicants seeking to apply for large-scale grants (greater than $10,000 excluding GST).
Ensure that the business case includes a risk assessment and how any identified risks will be managed. Business cases should also include a project plan.
