After his PhD studying the interactions of genotype by environment by management for the biofuel crop Miscanthus, he moved to Australia to take on a position as a Digital Agronomist for CSIRO Cotton Agronomy, before moving to DPIRD as part of the Vulnerability Assessment team. His work now looks at modelling climate impacts and adaptation strategies for primary industries and biosecurity threats in NSW.

With a background in robotics and systems modelling, Christopher is excited by the opportunities data, measurement and modelling present for primary industry production.
