As a Community Engagement Officer with 16 years of business management experience in the irrigation industry, Kim is passionate about fostering meaningful relationships within the agricultural and Agtech sectors. Her leadership roles as a Company Director and Chairperson have honed her skills in building partnerships, driving impactful communication strategies, and delivering business growth.

Having lived and worked in regional Australia, Kim has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the water and agricultural sectors. Her expertise includes business management, engagement and marketing strategy development, brand building, and digital marketing. She excels at listening to grassroots concerns, analysing target audience behaviours, and crafting tailored communication approaches that create lasting impact and strengthen industry connections.
