AquaDirect agents


You can appoint an agent to manage your online transactions on your behalf. An agent must be an individual.

If your permits and/or leases are held by a company or partnership, you will need to be set up as an agent before you can use AquaDirect to manage your aquaculture business.

There are 3 levels of permissions that can be given to an agent in AquaDirect:

  • View aquaculture business details
  • Submit production returns
  • Manage all other agent permissions

You are responsible for giving an agent access to your online business, so it is important that you consider this decision carefully. You can add, update or remove an agent and their permissions at any time using the forms below:
