This is a public tender, open to all interested parties who meet the requirements and conditions of the tender. A minimum tender premium of $200 per lease has been applied to all areas being offered.

Your tender submission must include the following:
- Tender form (Part B of the Request for Tender), and
- The aquaculture lease application form.
- The relevant aquaculture permit application form.

The prescribed application fee does not need to be submitted with your tender. Only the successful tenderers will be required to pay this fee. For information on relevant lease fees and charges, please refer to the aquaculture fee schedule
