Complete this form if you want to register or discharge a mortgage, charge, or other interest over one or more aquaculture leases.
I would like NSW Department of Primary Industries to endorse my aquaculture lease documents with:
To register a new mortgage, charge or other interest, you must upload the contract or official documents as evidence of the mortgage or interest.
To discharge an existing mortgage, charge or other interest, you must upload the contract or official documentation as evidence of the discharge.
In both cases, the documentation must contain:
1. A list of all affected aquaculture leases. 2. Be signed by the mortgagee or party with an interest. 3. Be signed by all leaseholders.
Note: you will need to send the original lease documents in the mail to:

Lease documents must be received within 14 days of you submitting this form.
An invoice for the prescribed fee will be forwarded to you.
Payment must be received within 14 days of receipt of your application, regardless of which payment method you choose.
If payment is not made within this time, your application may be returned to you.
