Agriculture is an important industry to our state. There are many agricultural industries across NSW including the typical grazing and cropping. However, there are several other industries that are key to the local and state economy, and our communities too. Such as the Hawksbury LGA is home to 61% of the state’s cultivated turf farms (by value), or more people are employed in the dairy sector in the Mid Coast LGA than any other LGA across the state.
