What is DroughtHub

NSW DroughtHub provides a one-stop online destination for information on a vast range of services and support available to primary producers, their families and communities to prepare for and manage drought. Almost all the state is now in mild to severe drought and the NSW Government is committed to working closely with farmers, their families and rural communities. DPI makes every attempt to ensure the information supplied is current, however the individual circumstances of DroughtHub users should be taken into account when considering the linked services.

New NSW Drought Package

Full detail of the recently announced new Drought Package for NSW can be found in the media release: 13 June 2018 - More than $584 million to help drought-affected farmers (PDF, 227.02 KB). It is important that farmers do not self-asses, contact the NSW Rural Assistance Authority on 1800 678 593.
