How do you know if your soil and plant analysis results are reliable and repeatable, and not just random numbers?

And why certification is important for agronomists and growers.

Our FSG June Webinar covered Australian Soil and Plant Analysis Council (ASPAC) guidelines. ASPAC provides certification of laboratory proficiency for soil and plant tissue analysis.

The webinar recording starts with an introduction from Fertiliser Australia Program Manager, Jeff Kraak, on how ASPAC guidelines link to the Fertcare® Accredited Advisor program, followed by insights from Graham Lancaster, founding director of the Environmental Analysis Laboratory at Southern Cross University

Key topics in this recording include:

  • What is ASPAC and who are its members?
  • What does ASPAC lab certification mean for agronomists?
  • How is lab proficiency measured?
  • What is ASPAC and What is the difference between NATA accreditation and ASPAC certification.
