The Goat Industry Data Collation and Tracking project improves the goatmeat industry’s access to reliable data and builds its capacity to forecast supply and population changes. The project supports the industry’s development by informing supply-chain and market development, strategic planning and the evaluation of challenges and opportunities. NSW Department of Primary Industries and Meat & Livestock Australia co-fund the project.
Regular updates on production, supply, processing, and market trends are available at this site.
