Gold agents
Gold Agents are the preferred sellers of the NSW recreational fishing fee receipt. Gold agents do not take commission on fee sales.
If you buy a licence from a gold agent all money goes to the recreational fishing trusts to be spent on improving recreational fishing.
Standard agents
Standard agents retain 5% commission on fee sales. The remainder of the money goes to the recreational fishing trusts.
The majority of NSW DPI fisheries offices also sell the fee receipt.
