All waters within 500m of the mean high water mark of Cook Island, Tweed Heads.

All Waters from the mean high water mark of the Cook Island, Tweed Heads to a boundary defined by five (5) marker buoys located at the following co-ordinates:

(a) 28 11’32.336”S 153 34’39.872”E

(b) 28 11’52.114”S 153 34’59.282”E

(c) 28 11’54.419”S 153 34’46.449”E

(d) 28 11’51.698”S 153 34’29.560”E

(e) 28 11’42.806”S 153 34’26.280”E

All methods.

All year.

Tweed River—Bray park Weir

That part of the tidal waters of the Tweed River within 400 metres downstream from the weir face of Bray Park Weir.

Any species of fish.

Any method involving the use of a net or trap, other than the following:
(a)  a landing net,
(b)  a bait trap.

All year.

Rous River—Nets and Traps

The whole of the waters of the Rous River and its tributaries, from the Boat Harbour Bridge upstream to its source.

Any species of fish.

Any method involving the use of a net or trap (other than a landing net).

All year.

Tweed River—Wommin Lake and Wommin Lagoon

The whole of the waters of Wommin Lake and Wommin Lagoon, adjacent to the main road from Chinderah to Fingal (Fingal Road).

Any species of fish.

Any method involving the use of a net, other than the following:
(a)  a dip or scoop net (prawns),
(b)  a landing net.

All year.

Tweed River Entrance—Traps

The whole of the waters of the Tweed River, from its confluence with the South Pacific Ocean upstream to a line drawn east-west across the river and intersecting the most northern extremity of Ukerebagh Island.

Any species of fish.

Any method involving the use of a trap (other than a bait trap).

All year.
