Kits will not be dispatched unless FULL delivery details are supplied.

Please note that although kits are supplied free of charge, testing fees do apply. An invoice will be issued on completion of testing.

If kits are not returned for testing, full kit costs will apply.

*If you are not a current customer of NSW DPI laboratories, please contact customer services to create an account. Worm Test kits which are not returned for testing WILL be charged back to your account at a cost of $10 per kit.

**Fees apply to kit orders: Batch 10 = $170 (ex GST) per kit, Batch 100 = $1500 (ex GST) per kit. Kits are not sold separately
