The NSW Department of Primary Industries (the Department) has released a comprehensive guide on completing your exhibited animal records. Our user-friendly guidance is designed to streamline the process, replacing traditional paper copies with efficient online records accessible through the BFS Portal.

As per clause 36 of the Exhibited Animal Protection Regulation 2021, exhibited animal holders are obligated to maintain up-to-date and accurate records for all animal transactions. This encompasses the recording of crucial events such as deaths, births, acquisitions, and disposals.

Authority holders can access the online animal records through the BFS Portal.
