CLHOYS - Class H Permit – Marine Bivalve Hatchery

1. The permit holder must ensure that all water used for marine bivalve hatchery operations is filtered to 1mm.

CLHTPO - Class H Permit - Triploid Pacific Oyster

1. The permit holder may only sell triploid Pacific Oyster spat to the holder of a Class A Aquaculture Permit that authorises the cultivation of triploid Pacific Oysters.
2. Where the permit holder supplies batches of triploid Pacific Oyster spat that are to be on-grown in waters other than Port Stephens, the permit holder must provide with each batch a copy of certification report indicating that the batch is 100% triploid.
