This is a public tender, open to all interested parties who meet the requirements and conditions of the tender.

An aquaculture lease application form for a priority oyster aquaculture area (PDF, 145.66 KB) must be submitted for each lease you submit a tender for, together with the tender form (Section E of the Request for Tender (PDF, 240.22 KB)). Information on completing your new lease application can be found in the Application for Oyster Lease Information Kit (PDF, 71.55 KB).
A minimum tender premium of $200 per lease has been applied to all areas being offered.
The prescribed application fee does not need to be submitted with your tender and application(s). Only the successful tenderer(s) will be required to submit the prescribed application fee. For information on relevant lease fees and charges, please refer to the Aquaculture Fee Schedule.
