For the purposes of section 216(1) of the Fisheries Management Act 1994, the permit holder is authorised to place onto the area authorised by this permit, Sydney Rock Oysters produced by AquaFarms Queensland Pty Ltd, under the provisions specified in the Shellfish Hatchery Protocol – Production and Translocation into NSW of Sydney Rock Oyster (Saccostrea glomerata) spat produced by AquaFarms Queensland Pty Ltd, Queensland (refer to www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/fishing/aquaculture/publications/general/aquaculture-permit-protocols).
