Citrus harvest exercise and nutrition guide


Citrus harvesting requires physical work throughout the day. Conditioning your body before the harvest season starts and maintaining your condition during the season will make the physical work less painful, safe and productive.

Eating correctly is also important to provide you with the fuel to efficiently work throughout the whole day.

This guide is a supplement to the NSW DPI Australian fresh citrus harvest handbook. Information in the guide includes:
