Bacterial canker of stone fruit


Bacterial canker is caused by the bacterial pathogen Pseudomonas syringae pv syringae.

P. syringae pv. morsprunorum is also present in Australia. This disease can affect all parts of all stone fruits although some are more susceptible than others.
