Congratulations on recapturing a tagged game fish, please assist us in collecting the maximum amount of information on this recapture by filling in as much information as possible in the form below. All fields are important and yield useful information on the recaptured fish.

Please fill in the contact information (including email) so we can contact you if we require additional information. We will provide you with the release details of the fish and send a recapture certificate for each recaptured fish. A t-shirt is available for some of the more exceptional recaptures, please contact us to see if your catch qualifies. Thank you for taking the time to get in touch with us.
